PayPal is also offered for your convenience.

If you prefer, we also accept your personal check or money order. We will hold your order for 10 days before releasing it back to the store. Please send payment to:

We will ship within 24 hours of your cleared payment (unless otherwise noted).

Cancellations

We understand that orders can be made by mistake. You may cancel an order before it has shipped for a 100% refund on your purchase price. Please e-mail us at admin@cartruckmanual.com with your cancellation request.

If your order has already shipped it will be treated as a return and handled according to paragraph three under “Returns”.

Returns

Your total satisfaction is very important to us. If you question whether a particular book is right for your needs, please e-mail us at admin@cartruckmanual.com .

Returns are gladly excepted if item is not as portrayed in the description. Under these circumstances we will refund 100% of your purchase price.

We understand that mistakes happen. For this reason if you have made a mistake in your purchase we will accept your return as well. There will be a 10% restocking fee if item is returned for this reason. Please note that the shipping/handling fee is not refundable.

Let us know of your return before sending so that we can expect its arrival. Please include the original packing slip.
